Method

  • Chop the swedes and carrots into smallish cubes and steam.
  • Mash the swede and carrots with the rice or almond milk, nutmeg and black pepper. You can also use stock from vegetables you have steamed or boiled instead of the rice milk, and maybe also add a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil or a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard to taste.
