Raw Vegan Chocolate And Cayenne Pepper Pudding Recipe

This raw spicy chocolate pudding is packed with goodness from the avocado, bananas and raw cacao powder. Just whizz all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor and you have a nutritious no-bake, raw dessert ready to eat. Also great for breakfast or as a post-workout snack. Leave out the cayenne pepper if making for children.

1/3 tsp cayenne pepper More products
1" vanilla bean
1 tsp raw cacao nibs More products

Method

  • Blend 3 bananas, avocado, cacao powder, cayenne pepper and vanilla in a high speed blender or process in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Decorate with banana pieces and raw cacao nibs.
