Method

  • Put all pudding ingredients except the cacao nibs into a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Spoon into bowls or glasses and top with raw cacao nibs, banana powder, shelled hemp seeds, or other optional topping of your choice.
  • Allow to set in the fridge or serve immediately.
