Raw Strawberry Chia Bowl Recipe

Method

  • Start by making hemp milk : blend the hemp seeds with the water.
  • Strain the milk through the nut milk bag and rinse out the blender.
  • Return the strained milk to the blender, add the lecithin, baobab powder, camu camu, red maca and strawberries, preserving about a dozen strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  • Put the chia seeds in a large bowl, add the strawberry hemp milk and mix using a fork.
  • Let stand for at least a couple of hours, allowing the chia seeds to absorb as much liquid as possible.
  • To serve, garnish with the preserved strawberries halved, milled sunflower and pumpkin seeds, bee pollen and cacao nibs.
