Peach Sorbet

Unbelievably easy to make, use nice ripe peaches for a rich and intense flavour. The traditional recipe calls for sugar, which is to be dissolved in the orange and lemon juices, but we prefer to leave the sugar out and make sure we use really ripe peaches, as they are sweet enough already.
