Healthy Low Fat Mixed Berries Frozen Yoghurt Recipe

Method

  • Prepare a loaf tin by lining it with grease-proof paper.
  • Put the yoghurt into a medium to large mixing bowl. Add the fresh or frozen berries and gently fold them into the yoghurt.
  • Pour into the prepared tin and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  • When ready, allow to stay at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Run a sharp knife under hot water, then cut slices of the desired thickness. Serve with fresh berries or a berry coulis.
