Vegetarian Haggis Stuffed Red Pepper Recipe

This haggis stuffed pepper can be enjoyed as a starter or main course. Not just good on Burns Night - enjoy all year round.

2 red peppers, halved and deseeded

any grated cheese of your choice

Method

  • Lightly cook the outside of the halved and deseeded peppers under the grill.
  • Turn the pepper over and fill with haggis.
  • Top with cheddar cheese or your preferred choice.
  • Place under the grill or in the oven until hot and bubbling.
  • Serve hot.
