Method

Blanch the broccoli and put aside.
Heat the oil in frying pan, fry the onions until they are caramelized.
Add the wine and cream and cook on a low heat for five minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Add the paprika, gorgonzola, pitted prunes and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring a pan of salted water to boil and add pasta. When the pasta is al dente, drain and add all other ingredients and mix.
Garnish with slivered almonds and serve.
