Method

Preheat oven 220 deg cel, gas mark 7.
Wash and core the apples
Cut through the skin round the centre of each apple to stop the skins splitting in the oven.
Stuff the centre with dates, marmalade, ground nuts and place in an oven proof dish.
Pour on the apple juice and bake for 45 mins until cooked through.
Serve with soy or coconut yoghurt if you wish.
