You will need

IngredientAdd
1 cup or 100g dried apricots More products
1 cup or 100g dates More products
1 cup or 100g walnuts More products
a handful raisins More products
2 tbsp wheatgerm More products
1 lime, juiced More products
1 cup or 100g desiccated coconut More products

Method

  • Process the apricots, dates, walnuts, raisins and wheatgerm in your food processor until crumbly.
  • Add the lime juice a little at a time. You are aiming for a crumbly texture that sticks together with pressed between 2 fingers.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls between the palms of your hands.
  • Roll the balls in the dessicated coconut.
  • Will keep for over a week when stored in an air-tight container in the fridge
