Method

  • Preheat oven 220 deg cel, gas mark 7.
  • Wash and core the apples
  • Cut through the skin round the centre of each apple to stop the skins splitting in the oven.
  • Stuff the centre with dates, marmalade, ground nuts and place in an oven proof dish.
  • Pour on the apple juice and bake for 45 mins until cooked through.
  • Serve with soy or coconut yoghurt if you wish.
