The cider is made from a blend of apples, with traditional varieties like Brown Snout, Foxwhelp, and Sheep?s Nose mixing with modern varieties like Balls Bitter Sweet and ?Improved? Kingston Black. The mixture makes for a delicious, award-winning cider!
