About Darjeeling Tea Leaves
A light golden tea, which has a character likened to the muscatel grape. Ideal in the afternoon, or as an elegant accompaniment with lunch. Generally termed a black tea, it actually has more in common with oolong tea. In common with Champagne and Java, Darjeeling is only classed as such when it comes for Darjeeling.
