Sweet FA Gluten Free is a new range of cookies created by Island Bakery?s Chief Biscuit Engineer Fiona Aitali.
They really are gluten-free cookies like no other we have ever tried. A special blend of flours (none of that sand-like rice flour found in so much wheat-free baking) and generous proportions of delicious additions make for indulgent treats that anyone can enjoy (really!). In addition to being gluten-free, they are also Vegan, and Organic too of course.

This to say that the Sweet F.A. Peanut Butter Cookies are absolutely delightful with a lovely crisp texture plus a very clear and very delightful peanut butter taste. Best biscuits I've had for ages AND they definitely are Gluten Free!!
