Clearspring Organic Gluten Free Buckwheat Flour. Despite the name, buckwheat is not related to wheat. On the contrary it is one of the most versatile gluten free grains central to many international recipes from Japanese soba noodles to French galettes. Clearspring's 3rd generation producer has been milling buckwheat for over 100 years in the north of Italy.
Clearspring Buckwheat Flour contains all the nutrients of the wholegrain with only the inedible part of the husk removed during the milling process.
