About Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Mr Organic is made uising olives grown in Puglia in Southern Italy. Mr Organic use two different varieties, Coratina and Olgliarola Barese, which are hand picked at just the right ripeness and cold pressed with 24 hours of harvesting. All this gives this extra virgin olive oil a balanced flavour with a slightly spicy aftertaste that makes it suitable for cooking as well as in dressings.
