About Spanish Paprika
These authentic and fine paprika from Spain, known there as pimenton, are available in hot, sweet and smoked varieties. They add rich and flavourful undertones to countless dishes, and their vibrant red colouring is unmistakable. Paprika is exceptionally high in vitamin C. The colour of this product is deep red, redder than Hungarian Paprika. Used often in Cajun and Mexican dishes. Mix with bread crumbs and batter mixes for a red visual appearance. Sprinkle on dry as a garnish to cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, devilled eggs or mix in foods where a red-to-orange colour is desired. Adds a finishing touch to a variety of dishes - commonly called the "garnishing spice".
