a generous knob of coconut oil OR More products

a little turmeric More products

Method

  • Chop the potatoes into smallish cubes and put onto steam.
  • When half-cooked, add the chopped cauliflower.
  • Mash the potatoes and cauliflower with the coconut oil or butter, rice or almond milk, turmeric and nutmeg.
  • You can also use stock from vegetables you have steamed instead of the rice milk.
