Vegan Crunchy Spicy Chickpea Croutons Recipe

You will need

1 400g can chickpeas OR More products
1/2 cup or about 100g dry chickpeas, soaked overnight, then cooked till soft More products
1 Tbsp olive oil OR More products
1 Tbsp coconut oil More products
1 Tbsp curry powder OR More products
1 Tbsp smoked papikra More products

  • Preheat your oven at 180C or 350F.
  • Rinse your chickpeas, then drain them well. Put them in a mixing bowl. Add the oil and the spices and toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes or until crunchy.
  • Eat warm or allow to cool. Leftovers, if any, will keep well in an airtight container in the fridge.
