Method

Wash and spin dry the spinach leaves. Hull and halve the strawberries.
Prepare the dressing by whisking the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chilli sauce, brown sauce and black sesame seeds together.
Combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over salad, and toss. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until serving time.
