Quick raw chocolate pudding

This is a relatively quick and easy way to make a heavenly chocolate pudding!

You will need

IngredientAdd
2 large or 3 medium sized ripe avocados More products
2 tbsp raw cacao powder More products
2 to 4 tbsp maple syrup, to taste More products

Method

  • Peel the avocados and discard the stones.
  • First drop the ice cubes into the blender jug, followed by the avocado, cacao powder and maple syrup, starting with 2 tbsp.
  • Blend together until very smooth. Taste and add more maple syrup if desired.
  • Slice the hazel nuts using the food processor or by hand.
  • Divide the chocolate pudding equally amongst four small (8cm diameter) ramekin dishes.
  • Sprinkle the sliced hazel nuts equally over the chocolate puddings.
  • You can chill this in the fridge while you get on with something else but do serve it up fresh the same day with your raw food supper!
