1 tbsp purple corn extract More products

Method

  • Wash and prepare the fruits : quarter the oranges and peel them using your hands ; cut the rhubarb into 1 inch segments ; trim the strawberries if using fresh.
  • Put the fruits, the acai and the purple corn extract into your blender and blend together until smooth.
  • Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least a couple of hours.
