You will need

3 tbsp organic oat bran OR More products
3 tbsp whole oat groats, soaked overnight More products
1 tbsp raisins More products
/2 cup or 100 to 150ml soy milk or water or milk of your choice

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon More products
1/2 banana or a handful of other fresh fruits (optional) More products

Method

  • If using oat bran, simply put the bran in a small bowl with the raisins. Add the milk or water, stir and allow to stand for a few minutes. Top with sliced banana or fresh fruits of your choice and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
  • If using whole oat groats, rinse and drain them, blend them with the milk or the water. Pour the blended oats in a small bowl and top with the raisins, fresh fruits and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
