150g roughly chopped nuts, eg:
75g pecan nuts broken More products
75g brazilnuts broken AND More products
150g whole rolled oats More products

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tin (approx 20 x 30cm) with baking parchment.
  • Beat the butter or coconut oil with the xylitol until it's creamy.
  • Stir in the nuts and oats.
  • Spoon into the baking tin and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Slice into fingers and allow to cool and harden in the tin.
