Vegan Flapjacks Recipe

You will need

150g coconut oil for vegan option OR More products
150g unsalted butter for non vegan option Available only in our Edinburgh shops More products
150g xylitol

Awaiting stock

150g roughly chopped nuts, eg:
75g pecan nuts broken More products
75g brazilnuts broken AND More products
150g whole rolled oats More products

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tin (approx 20 x 30cm) with baking parchment.
  • Beat the butter or coconut oil with the xylitol until it's creamy.
  • Stir in the nuts and oats.
  • Spoon into the baking tin and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Slice into fingers and allow to cool and harden in the tin.
