This is the traditional miso soup served in Japanese restaurants, enriched with immune boosting reishi mushroom powder.

Method

Prepare all the ingredients and boil the water.
Put the miso in a large bowl or pan. Add about 1/2 cup of the freshly boiled water. Stir until the miso is dissolved.
Add all the other ingredients and pour the remaining boiling water. Serve hot.
