Fresh Ginger Tea Recipe

Ginger tea is great for settling stomachs, relieving car or sea sickness and aiding in relief of coughs and colds. Ginger contains numerous antiviral compounds, antioxidants and is mildly pain relieving. You can make a really great tea simply by infusing hot water with fresh chopped ginger. Once slightly cooled, you may add some lemon juice and half a teaspoon honey.

Method
