Berry and Vanilla Yogurt Parfaits

These parfaits make breakfast exciting! But they are not just for early in the day. Layer into fun glasses and enjoy as a snack or dessert, or for brunch make small ones in pretty little cups.

Method

  • Simply alternate layers of yoghurt, berries, granola and pineapple, until you run out of ingredients. Finish by sprinkling with the ground flax seeds.
