You will need

1 large banana More products
1 small pot low fat natural yoghurt (might cover 2 milkshakes) This item is only available in our high street shops. More products
2 tsps honey This item is only available in our high street shops. More products
500ml milk This item is only available in our high street shops. More products
2 tbsps porridge oats More products
5 tbsps apple juice, unsweetened More products
2 tsps honey More products

Method

  • Soak the porridge oats for 1 hr in the apple juice.
  • Roughly chop the banana.
  • Place all the ingredients, including the porridge oats, in a blender or use a hand blender and blend thoroughly. Can add more milk if required.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.
