Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 deg cel or gas 4.
  • Place all fruit in a shallow ovenproof dish. Add the orange or grapefruit juice and toss to coat the fruit.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, until fruit is soft about 20 mins.
  • Remove the foil and crisp the surface of the fruit by baking for a further 15 mins.
  • Serve with natural yoghurt if non vegan
