You will need

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 deg cel or gas 4.
Place all fruit in a shallow ovenproof dish. Add the orange or grapefruit juice and toss to coat the fruit.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, until fruit is soft about 20 mins.
Remove the foil and crisp the surface of the fruit by baking for a further 15 mins.
Serve with natural yoghurt if non vegan
