Ginger has a long history of use, spanning back over 2,500 years. It has an aromatic smell that is familiar to many of us as its use as a spice in cookery is well known.
There has been much interesting research carried out on this fascinating spice, revealing that it could have up to 115 active components. Gingerols and Shogaols are two of the most interesting compounds found in ginger. This is reason why we carefully select the material used in our Ginger Root tablets to be able to guarantee the content of these two notable constituents. Each sugar free, vegan friendly tablet provides the equivalent to 500mg of Ginger Root and can be taken up to 3 times per day with a cold drink or food.
