Wheat Free Muesli no sugar added ingredients: porridge oat flakes, jumbo oat flakes, barley flakes, raisins, sultanas, dates, rye flakes, toasted coconut, oat bran, dried apricot, brazil nuts, roasted hazelnuts, brown flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, currants, dried apple, walnuts, sesame seeds whole, cinnamon. This muesli has no ingredients containing wheat, however it is NOT suitable for coeliacs or people with gluten intolerance as oats contain avenin (a protein similar to gluten) and Barley contains gluten.

Found out recently that I'm type 2 diabetic. Bought this thinking as it was "No added Sugar" and that I'd be eating a healthy breakfast.

Big mistake, naive I agree but I didn't realise until I started feeling unwell that the dried fruits are loaded with sugars and my own blood sugars went haywire until I stopped eating it.

Diabetic beware and I'm now making my own muesli which is sugar free (or very low at least) and lovely

This is the only muesli I enjoy and have done so for about 10 years -  because it contains no wheat! I have no problem with wheat, I use & eat it all the time when breadmaking, I simply don't enjoy it in muesli where I consider it as just a 'filler'.
This muesli has great taste & texture with a great range of ingredients. Please keep supplying it...

I find it really difficult to choose between this lovely muesli and porridge for breakfast. Both keep you going until lunch and both taste delicious. In the end I make the choice based on how long I lay in bed after the alarm has gone off.

Wheat free museli is very digestible but also very tasty. I love the cinnamon along with the fruit. When I run out survive a few days of normal museli and soon ordering more wheat free.
