About Chocolate Coated Halva Bar
Sesame seeds, roasted to intensify the flavour and pulped into a smooth paste are the key ingredient for bars of deliciously sweet Halva. Roasted, ground sesame seeds mixed with caramelised sugar form the body of Cypressa's Halva. Available in a choice of flavours including: pistachio, vanilla, almond, honey, peanut and chocolate. Best-known as a Middle-Eastern dessert, Halva is also yummy served in slabs as a snack, and a healthier option than chocolate.
