Mixed Vine Fruit.
Raisins and Sultanas are one of the richest sources of the mineral boron and provide concentrated amounts of polyphenolic phytonutrients.
Currants are very rich in many phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, essential fatty acids and minerals. The currants used are the Zante variety, dried berries of a small, sweet, seedless grape 'Black Corinth'.
