About Organic Avocado Oil Vegan,

Vilgain Organic Avocado Oil has a very mild taste and is a great kitchen helper. The oil comes from the Hass and Fuerte avocado varieties, which are among the tastiest and also boast potassium and vitamin content, especially vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The oil is also high in monounsaturated fatty acids. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Its high smoke point (around 200 °C) makes it suitable for hot and cold cooking. You can use it, for example, in roasting or to drizzle over salads.
