About Organic Hemp Oil
Clearspring hemp oil is made from the highest quality European grown organic hemp seeds (Cannabis Sativa). These are cold pressed without chemicals to maximise flavour and nutrition. Naturally high in ALA and omega 3 fatty acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (2g of ALA a day).
Take 1 tbsp. (15ml) daily as a part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Unrefined & cold pressed, delicious rich and nutty flavour, high in polyunsaturated fat.
Consume on its own or in smoothies, dressings and dips. Hemp oil is not suitable for high temperature cooking as it will lose its nutritional value and has a low smoke point.
