About Harissa Chilli Sauce

Harissa has become renowned for its rich and complex flavour rather than for having extreme heat. It is typically used in couscous dishes, but it can also be used to complement meat, fish, eggs, vegetables and grains, and can form the base of a dip. Unlike most harissa sauces, Harry Brand uses just four ingredients: red chilli peppers, fresh garlic, water and salt. Each ingredient is carefully sourced and of the highest quality, with no artificial additives. You will be able to taste the difference.
