About Cinnamon Sticks
Cinnamon is primarily used for cooking. It adds great flavour and smell to baked goods, Asian curries and desserts. It is a spice that mixes well with many ingredients but especially orange and honey. It can be used whole, broken into small pieces so the aroma and flavour comes out or ground and mixed into food. Try adding a stick to rice when its cooking, with a touch of turmeric it will add interest and colour to a plain dish.
