About Original Hot Sauce
Cholula Original Hot Sauce is a strong spicy sauce that is quite hot. It is made with a vinegar base and is quite runny in consistency. The spout is quite narrow, like that of a Tabasco bottle, to allow controlled pouring.
This sauce has a rich, spicy flavour and makes the taste buds water. It has a subtle smokey flavour and an undertone of garlic. This would be an ideal dressing for chicken, pork, fish and vegetables. It will add a fantastic spicy flavour to marinades, sauces and dressings. Or, just use it on its own.
