About Sage

Sage, a strongly flavoured herb with a pungent, slightly bitter, musty mint taste and aroma, is essential in stuffing and goes well with tomato based sauces. Sprinkle over green beans, sprouts or kale. Add to softened butter for grilled foods or use as a dry rub.
