About Organic Cider Vinegar with the Mother
Organic Biona cider vinegar is made from fresh, cold pressed organic apple juice. Oak matured, unpasteurised and unfiltered, this vinegar is ideal for salad dressings and sauces. This product is made "with the mother" which means that it still has the enzymes in it which create healing abilities. Vegetarian friendly.
