Tofu Miso Soup

You will need

IngredientAdd
about 100g plain or smoked organic tofu, diced Available only in our Edinburgh shops More products
10g Wakame, soaked and cut into small pieces More products
about 75g Barley Miso

Awaiting stock

More products
5 cups of Dashi (oriental stock) or vegetarian bouillon

Method

  • Bring Dashi to the boil, add the Tofu and Wakame pieces.
  • Dilute the miso with a little of the dashi, then add to the mixture to the pan.
  • Making sure not to boil remove from the heat and serve.
