You will need

25g flaked almonds, crushed More products
50g rice flakes OR More products
50g millet flakes More products
25g brown rice flour More products
2-3 tbsp heated brown rice syrup More products
2-3 tbsp heated honey More products

Method

  • Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl then spoon on the heated honey or brown rice syrup and mix in well.
  • Spoon over poached fruit and bake at 190 deg cel or gas 5 for 20 mins ( goes hard if over-browned ).
