You will need

300g bag of frozen berries, defrosted Available only in our Edinburgh shops More products
200-250ml soya milk OR
200-250ml almond milk (or another milk substitute) More products
1 tbsp manuka honey More products

Method

  • Blend berries and honey in a food processor.
  • Add the milk substitute to the blender and blend well.
  • Pour and serve for a delicious healthy start to the day!
