You will need

300ml skimmed milk OR

Awaiting stock

300ml soya milk OR

300ml rice milk

Awaiting stock

1 tbsp clear honey More products
2 small free range eggs, beaten
Seeds from 3 cardamom pods, crushed More products

  • Set oven to 150 deg cel/ gas 3.
  • Beat the milk and honey into the eggs and sprinkle in the crushed seeds.
  • Pour the mixture into two 10 cm ramekins and place these in turn onto a baking dish.
  • Pour very hot water into the baking tray to come about 1/3 of the way up the ramekins.
  • Bake for about an hour until set in the centre - should feel slightly bouncy under your fingertips.
