Method

  • Bring about 1 cup or 250ml to the boil in a kettle.
  • While the water boils, put the miso in a cup.
  • Pour a little of the boiled water onto the miso and mix to dilute. Add the remaining water.
  • Add tofu, spring onion or chives and nori flakes if you wish and enjoy hot or warm.
