You will need

2 tbsp pecan nuts More products
1 tbsp light brown sugar More products
2 large bananas More products

Method

  • Pre heat oven 180 deg cel., gas mark 4
  • Place the bananas in their skins on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-30mins or until the peel goes black.
  • Carefully remove bananas from their skins. (Hot banana can weld itself to skin and cause a nasty burn.)
  • Place in one or two dishes - either whole or sliced into pieces.
  • Sprinkle the light brown sugar and pecan nuts on top.
  • Leave for a few minutes for the sugar to melt slightly.
