Salus Saludynam Liquid Calcium,Magnesium,Zinc & Vitamin D Formula ingredients: Aqueous herbal extract (50 %) from: roselle flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), camomile flower (Matricaria recutita), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea).
Fructose syrup.
Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (12 %) of: orange, water, mango, carob extract, lemon, apple.
Magnesium gluconate, calcium gluconate, magnesium salts from citric acid, calcium lactate, thickener: locust bean gum, zinc citrate, natural flavours, vitamin D (as cholecalciferol).

Take 1-2 measuring capfuls (20ml) per day, preferably before meals. May be diluted with water or juice. Children between 6 and 12 years of age: a quarter measuring capful (5ml = 1 teaspoonful) three times a day.
