Dates provide quick energy, micronutrients and fiber and a hint of caramel. Gently roasted pistachios take care of the pleasantly sweet taste. Oatmeal adds a fibrous texture and contains beta-glucans.
The balls contain 6% insoluble fibre, which is not only important for heart health and its positive effect on the microbiome, but also helps to slow down the absorption of sugar into the blood, which can cause an energy crash if absorbed quickly.
