This preserved lemon and dill fermented cashew dip uses whole preserved sicilian green lemons and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. It's zesty and bright; balanced beautifully with aromatic dill and black peppercorns.
Type: soft, spreadable base: fermented cashew, spring water, extra-virgin olive oil, live cultures treatment: raw & unpasteurised, sealed with a layer of olive oil to maintain freshness.
