About Mushroom Truffle Pate
A completely zero-waste product, the excess liquid from Symplicity's mushroom and vegetable ferments combined with a fermented cashew base, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice and a dash of maple syrup. The result is a creamy, intensely umami, savoury pate-style product.
Type: soft, spreadable pate base: fermented cashew, spring water, mushroom & beetroot stock, live cultures treatment: raw & unpasteurised, sealed with a layer of olive oil to maintain freshness.
Serving suggestions: stir through pasta, stir into gravy, ramen, or sauces to add umami flavour, works well as a dip, or as a topping for bellinis.
